Processing
Orders pack within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after Wednesday ship the following Monday so nothing sits in a warehouse over the weekend.

Box slightly soft? That's normal — into the freezer it goes. Anything that arrived fully thawed and warm, tell us within 7 days with a photo and we'll refund or replace, your call.
