The details

• Weight: 9–14 lb of the cuts you choose, from $138.
• Pack: Each cut vacuum-sealed, then boxed with dry ice inside an insulated liner.
• Storage: Keep frozen up to 12 months; thaw overnight in the fridge, 24–48 hours.
• Cooking star: Sear your first steak in a ripping-hot cast iron, 3–4 minutes a side, then rest 5.

Fill the freezer once, cook well all month.
