The details

• Weight: 2 chickens, about 6 lb (2.7 kg) for the pair.
• Pack: Packed whole, vacuum-sealed and frozen solid for the trip.
• Storage: Keep frozen up to 12 months; thaw one bird in the fridge for 24 hours.
• Cooking star: Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 70–80 minutes, until the thigh reads 165°F (74°C).
